These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of and access to The Creator’s Flow Program (“CFP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via https://www.thecreatorsflow.co (the “Website”) and any associated platforms we use to deliver the programme (including Kajabi).

By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing CFP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use CFP.

1. Programme Overview

CFP is a digital education programme that may include:

  • pre-recorded lessons and training materials

  • downloadable resources and templates

  • community access (where provided)

  • live calls, workshops, or events (where advertised)

Specific inclusions may vary depending on the product, tier, or offer shown at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use CFP.

By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal ability to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Access & Responsibility

Access to CFP is provided through an account created using the email address you use at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details private

  • all activity under your account

  • ensuring the email you provide is correct

You must not share your login with anyone else. Sharing access may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payments, Pricing & Billing

All prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

Payments are processed via Kajabi Payments. By purchasing, you authorise payment processing and confirm you are permitted to use the chosen payment method.

Payment Plans (if offered)

If you select a payment plan:

  • you agree to pay all instalments on the agreed schedule

  • missed payments may result in immediate restriction of access until payments are brought up to date

  • repeated failed payments may result in termination of access

We may use reasonable methods to recover overdue payments, including retrying failed payments and contacting you.

5. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All sales are final. CFP does not offer refunds.

CFP is a digital programme that provides access to online materials and downloadable content. Once access is granted, the product cannot be “returned” in any meaningful way, and there is a risk of copying or consuming the value of the programme. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • change of mind

  • lack of usage or engagement

  • results not achieved

  • financial circumstances

  • schedule conflicts

  • accidental purchase

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Digital Delivery & Access Window

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access to CFP is provided digitally via online login.

We may update or replace content from time to time to improve the programme. This may include adding, removing, or reorganising modules, lessons, resources, and community features.

If CFP includes live calls or events, dates/times may change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All CFP materials are owned by or licensed to CFP and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to use materials for your personal use only.

You must not:

  • copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, or license CFP materials

  • upload materials to any public or private platform (including group chats, file-sharing drives, or social media)

  • resell or repackage CFP content or templates

  • use CFP content to create competing courses, programmes, or training

Breach of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action where appropriate.

8. Community Standards (If Community Access Is Provided)

If CFP includes community spaces, you agree to engage respectfully.

You must not:

  • harass, bully, discriminate, or threaten others

  • post illegal, hateful, explicit, or infringing content

  • spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services without permission

  • share private member information outside the community

We may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access for behaviour that violates these standards.

9. Results Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

CFP is an educational programme. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, audience growth, brand deals, or business outcomes.

Your results depend on factors including effort, consistency, skill level, market conditions, and personal circumstances.

Nothing in CFP is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice where needed.

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having compatible devices, internet access, and software required to access CFP.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • your internet connection

  • device limitations

  • browser/software settings

  • third-party outages outside of our control (e.g. Kajabi downtime)

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (without refund) if we reasonably believe you have:

  • shared login access

  • redistributed or copied content

  • engaged in fraud or chargebacks without valid grounds

  • harassed others or disrupted the community

  • breached these Terms

If your access is terminated, you must stop using all CFP materials.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend your access while the dispute is investigated

  • provide evidence to the payment processor (including login and access records)

  • permanently revoke access if the dispute is found to be illegitimate

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunities, data, or goodwill.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for CFP.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

By continuing to use CFP after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
